For your convenient, please select the nearest salon in the location page and call the salon number to schedule your appointment. Walk-in appointment is always welcome at Natalie Salon; however, to reduce your waiting time, scheduling your appointment in advance is highly recommended.

Cancellation Policy

If you can't make your appointment for:

• A Single Service: Please call to cancel prior to 4 hours before your schedule appointment time.
• Groups or Parties of 5 or more: You need to cancel prior to 24 hours in advance otherwise your account will be charged in full, and check-in time is 15 minutes before your appointment.

Please note:

• Not all services are available at all locations.
• A 15% gratuity is added for parties of 5 or more.
• Natalie Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
• As a courtesy to all guests, cell phones are not permitted in service area.
